The menu included: Macadamia-crusted spot prawns with coconut saffron sauce and mango salsa; Seared diver scallops with miso mustard vinaigrette and wasabi micros on panko crusted star anise (I ate five of them!); Pulled pork sliders with jicama slaw on homemade cumin poppy seed buns (to die for); Herb and garlic rubbed lambpops with mint pesto yogurt sauce (refreshing and tasty!); Ahi tartare with avocado ponzu and edamame hummus on wonton crisps (that I’m still dreaming about…).
