The US Grant Wedding Show – Part 2: Luncheon and Fashion Show

LongSpread_web

I have more pictures from the US Grant Wedding Show to share with you today.

The entire hotel hosted a fantastic wedding show in different ballrooms where brides and grooms explored different themes (French, Spanish, and English) thanks to floral designers, bakeries and talented wedding professionals.

Vario Productions provided outstanding entertainment in the Celestial Ballroom together with David De Alva, Sweet Cheeks Baking Company had an irresistible dessert display in the Crystal Ballroom where Lois Mathews Design set up a charming ceremony and Tea Gallerie served delicious tea, and La Reine Des Macarons gave a lot of sweetness in the Palm Court. Concepts Event Design provided specialty rentals for the entire show including a custom dance floor for the flamenco dancers in the Celestial Ballroom. There was also a wonderful Men’s Room with suits and tuxedos by The Gentlemen’s Tux Club.

A 3-course lunch with wine pairings was served to more than 300 attendees in the majestic Presidential Ballroom, and 10 event designers (including me!) created luxurious tabletops with the same theme in mind: Italian. Republic Of Music entertained us throughout the luncheon with great upbeat rhythms.

I asked my good friend and amazing floral designer Ana Aftahi with Anahita Events to team up with me and I couldn’t make a better decision! Take a look at the pictures below and let me know which tabletop you like the most. The fabulous Cary Pennington captured each detail for me, what a talented photographer! Thank you!

The grand finale was, of course, the Fashion Show produced by Michele Martin of M Bride Salon and with the latest collection by Ines Di Santo. Each gown was absolutely gorgeous! My most favorite one was probably the Salerno gown (video clip below), do you agree?

A huge thank you to the US Grant Hotel for letting me be part of this memorable show, and I look forward to many more!

  1. The brown chairs and the pink linens really go well together! That room looks really amazing. Though I do like the gold table with the hanging glass orbs. If I had to pick a favorite it would be the pink table for sure!
