Estate Weddings and Events recently hosted an industry event at one of their newest properties: Bali Gardens.
The estate has a Balinese look that communicates an exclusive, one-of-a-kind atmosphere, it can accommodate up to 300 guests and offers multiple settings for ceremony and reception spots.
I was one of the lucky guests who could admire the gorgeous location on a warm summer evening. We tasted incredible food – all organic – at the pool by Chile Co. Catering and Dining Details (Terracotta vases with a colorful assortment of herbs from Dining Details’ garden, sunflowers and lavender decorated their station).
An all-white cabana with lounge furniture, provided by Concepts Event Design, was placed by the guest house.
At dessert time, guests were invited to the lawn area with a breathtaking view, where a long rectangular table was impeccably set on the grass. Speaking of desserts, Chef Scott from Chile Co. Catering presented a unique panna cotta with ginger, and Honey and Bee provided lovely cupcakes. Coffee was offered by Joes on the Nose (how to resist that sublime aroma… and I’m not a coffee drinker!).
Entertainment included classical music by Caprice Strings; Fula Bula for some South pacific rhythms; singer Allison Adams Tucker entertained us with lovely tunes during dessert.
Studio Fiore sponsored the favors: assorted eco-friendly herb plants (I chose basil for a good homemade pesto sauce!). The bases of each mini-plant were made out of rice, so they were completely bio-degradable.
Another successful event and one more reason to say San Diego has incredible wedding professionals; I am so proud to be part of this amazing community!
